Financial PolicyCosmetic surgery is not covered by health insurance. Cosmetic surgery fees, which include the surgeon's fee and special supplies (implants, surgical garments, etc.) are determined on a case to case basis. The surgeon's fee is due and payable in advance 7 business days prior to surgery. The operating room and the anesthesiologist's fees are separate and are in addition to the surgical fees. These fees are paid directly to the surgical facility or hospital in full on the day of surgery. Most reconstructive surgical fees are covered by health insurance. However, we do not participate or accept assignment from any insurance carrier except Medicare. If surgical services are provided, the surgical fee is due at the time of service. The business office will assist you in filing your claim form to your insurance carrier. We accept payment by cash, personal check, or credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
