From Virginia Take the I 495 N Capital Beltway towards Rockville/Baltimore. Take the I-270 N Exit 38 towards Rockville/Frederick. Turn right at the first exit and stay on Democracy Blvd East for 1 mile as it dead ends at Old Georgetown Road - MD-187. Turn left and stay on Old Georgetown Road for about 3/4 mile. After the third light at Edson Lane, get in the left hand lane and drive past our office, the Manar Medical Building which is on your left. Make a U turn at Sedgewick Lane and turn right into the parking lot.

From Maryland- Points East- Take the Capital Beltway I-495 W to the I-270 N. Exit 35 towards Frederick. Take the first exit and turn right on Old Georgetown Road North (MD-187N). After the second light at Edson Lane, get in the left hand lane and drive past our office, the Manar Medical Building which is on your left. Make a U turn at Sedgewick Lane and turn right into the parking lot.

From Maryland - Points North Take Rockville Pike South - Md 355 S and pass Randolph Road. Turn right at second light on Old Georgetown Road Road South MD 187 S. Go through three traffic lights on a curved section of the road and past Tilden lane, Go 1/4 mile to the Manar Medical Buidling and turn right into the parking lot.
